· How much does it cost to run a hot tub?

In our experience, the approximate cost of electric will be in the region of   £5-£10 per week depending on use.

· Chemical cost is approximately £150 per year.

· One new filter will be needed per year £60.

· This gives an approximate cost of £450 to £600 per year.

Does my hot tub have to be under cover?

· 
Certainly not. Many people enjoy their hot tub open to the elements. Think of the Scandinavian countries & North America, not exactly the warmest of countries. However it is purely down to personal choice.

But wont I be cold when I get out of the hot tub?

· 
Many people say that once they have been in the hot tub for 10 minutes they are so warm that they sit on the side to cool down a bit, even if it is -5 degrees outside.

What temperature should I run my hot tub at?

· 
This depends on what you like. Some people like a hot temperature of 39 o C, others prefer 37 o C. However DO NOT GO ABOVE 40 o C.

How long does it take to heat the hot tub?

· 
It will take approximately 24 hours to heat your hot tub from cold fill.

· 
Is it hard to look after the hot tub once you have installed it?

· 
No. When we install your hot tub, we check your water and then explain what chemicals you are most likely to use & how to use them. If you get stuck, you can contact us 7 days a week so that we can advise you. Now that is service!!!

What happens when something goes wrong with our hot tub?

· 
In the unlikely event that a problem occurs, please contact us immediately. Our aim is to keep you up & running at all times. Very often we can solve a problem over the phone. If we cannot we will visit you either the same day or next day. Spare parts are readily available, however if an unusual part is required please be patient with us. Most repairs are done within 48 hours.

If I move house can I take my hot tub with me?

Yes you can. We would charge approximately £400 to do this depending on how far we have to travel. Please ask for more details.
